About Us

Chris and Cindy Adolph have both been involved in the horse industry since they were children. Their love for horses brought them both together, where they are today. Cindy was the Drill Master for the Harris County Junior Deputy Sheriff's Mounted Posse on the eastside of Harris County for two years. She donated her time to teach young horsemen and horsewomen not only how to ride, but how to become better citizens utilizing the horse as a teaching tool. Chris and Cindy are both members of AQHA, APHA, ASHA (American Stock Horse Association) and SHOT (Stock Horse of Texas).

Chris is a Sergeant for the Harris County Sheriff's Office with almost two decades of Mounted Patrol training and Instructor experience and through the influence of many professional horsemen, Chris has developed a unique combination of training skills which have proven to be successful whether he is working with a mounted police horse or a ranch or show horse. Chris has the ability to zero in on the core source of problems and then follow through with instruction for both the horse and rider to overcome these obstacles, uniting them as a team.

Many times it comes down to simply unlearning unproductive habits and replacing them with actions that open up the channels of communication between horse and rider. Chris's goal is to help riders understand how to clearly communicate with their horse as well as understand why their horse may be reacting in a particular manner. Clear communication is vital for any rider who wants to have a safe, enjoyable relationship with their horse. Chris will help you get to know your horse and let them get to know you. He will help you teach them and learn from them, gaining their trust and confidence. Once you do this the possibilities will be endless!
